Terms & Conditions of Purchase from LOUNGELA.com
By purchasing merchandise from LOUNGELA.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”):
Discounts/Coupons
•Discounts, coupon codes, and special orders cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Cancellation
•Early Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the items are in transit, whichever comes first. Contact us at (800) 707-2464 to cancel.
•Subsequent Order Cancellation:
Orders canceled while in transit will incur charges for round-trip shipping costs.
•“In transit” refers to merchandise deposited with a shipping carrier but not yet delivered to the customer.
Special Orders:
•Items classified as “Special Order” cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.
•Special Orders include custom-built items, imported products, or items in non-stocked color combinations.
•Special Orders are subject to a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon shipment.
•Lead times vary: 4-6 weeks for domestic items, 8-10 weeks for imported items, and up to 16 weeks for imported custom-built items.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy for Damaged Items:
•Inspect all items upon delivery.
•Small Parcel Shipments (FedEx, UPS): Refuse delivery if the item is damaged and contact us for a replacement.
•Freight Deliveries: Note “Damaged Upon Arrival” on the delivery receipt and refuse shipment. Contact customer support immediately.
•If damage is discovered after accepting delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
General Returns:
•Eligible items must be unassembled, unused, and in original packaging with all materials included.
•Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
•Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs, including deducting original shipping fees and a restocking fee of 25% from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items:
•Bedding, textiles, clearance items, and “Special Order” items are non-returnable.
Delivery Terms
•Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, and freight shipping delays beyond LOUNGE LA’s control.
•Missed Delivery Fee: A $95 fee will be charged for missed delivery appointments.
•Free shipping includes curbside delivery. White Glove services are available for an additional, non-refundable fee.
Product Condition
•Variations in natural materials (e.g., leather, wood, stone) are not considered defects.
•Color discrepancies due to screen settings or display technologies are not grounds for refunds or disputes.
Corrections to Data
•LOUNGELA.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
•Any disputes arising from purchases are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
